Within Canada: You pay $4.00 for your first piece of merchandise; shipping is free for additional items within the same order. Orders are shipped via Canada Post expedited parcel or Xpresspost. All orders are insured.

To the United States: You pay $4.00 CAD for your first piece of merchandise; shipping is free for additional items within the same order. Orders are shipped via USPS or via Xpresspost USA. All orders are insured.If you require priority courier, please contact me for a shipping quote.
International Orders: To shop internationally, please add $3.00CDN to your order by choosing the button below.
Packaging
Your jewellery will ship packed in bubble wrap inside a padded envelope. If you'd prefer to have your order shipped in a box, Priority Mail shipping is available for an extra $2.50. To request this shipping method, use the button below to add the additional shipping fee to your cart.
General Shipping Information
Please allow 1 - 2 weeks for delivery in Canada and 2 - 3 weeks everywhere else.
All orders are subject to credit and address verification. For your protection, orders must ship to the billing address only. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
When shipping outside of Canada, duty charges may apply as per the tax regulations of the destination country. Customers are responsible for these charges.
In the unlikely event that the merchandise you have ordered is not ready for immediate shipping, you will be notified within 48 hours.
Currency
All prices are in Canadian dollars.
Payment
PayPal is used for all payment processing on this site. A Paypal account is no longer required to make a credit card purchase through Paypal. Your information will be secure and none of your credit card information will be saved by me or Paypal.
Returns
I guarantee the quality of my jewellery pieces. If you are not entirely pleased with your purchase and you wish to return it, please contact me within 3 days of receipt. I will take returns on merchandise that is unused, undamaged and in its original condition and packaging. Returns must be sent back postmarked within 7 days of original receipt of item. All returns must be packed securely. Please note that shipping charges will not be refunded and that you are responsible for shipping costs on returns. COD returns will not be accepted.
